There is some unwritten, indescribable phenomena when someone first lays eyes on your content, whether it is on your website, social media page or blog. It is a quick scan with unconscious bias to determine if they are int he 'right' place. It usually has nothing to do with you and everything to do with them. This being the case, how can you possibly connect with your audience when everyone is so different and you can't possibly know what they want?

It is much more accessible than that. With the era of hashtags, follows and likes, you can quickly poll results for trending themes and attribute them to varying audience groups.
Armed with evidence, you can slightly modify your content, without losing your identity, and slowly but surely you will see an upward curve in audience connection and participation.
