It's a noisy world, especially online. There are ways to get heard, and ways to seemingly evaporate from attention. The aim is to be prepared to be heard and then make some noise.
You could strategise and enact ways of getting attention online, but once you have all eyes on you, what is your message? What value are you bringing? Are you building on something or randomly introducing unrelated concepts to your audience? Are you being too repetitive?
Be good at making noise. Be better at using the spotlight to achieve your dreams.
